Head of Growth Marketing

About the Role

As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for building and executing our growth strategy from the ground up, owning the entire B2B lifecycle from acquisition to retention.
You will be directly responsible for the top-line growth of TicketOS’s end client by managing and growing the product, marketing, curation, and merchandising aspects of the business.
In this role, you will work closely with all functions of the business, including product, operations, and analytics. You will be leading strategic decisions such as pricing and vertical expansion as we operationalize our growth programs across the United States.

The position involves building the foundation of our Marketing department and after establishing strong roots, recruiting and training a team to cover all aspects.

What You'll Do
  • Be part of building our foundational Marketing team from the ground up
  • Stand Up Marketing Infrastructure (CRM, ESP, MarTech)
  • Drive acquisition and activation of end customers by finding creative, unconventional and cost-efficient channels to increase customer conversion
  • Build and lead a world-class growth organization that enables TicketOS to scale through high-impact programs, develop a strong, execution-oriented team that operationalizes ideas and meets & exceeds targets and KPIs.
  • Own the customer lifecycle for TicketOS platform, from acquisition to conversion to retention.
  • Generate and manage data-driven processes of the entire customer-facing platform
  • Create growth loops that enable the product to be self-sustaining. Help take us from a startup to high growth to an established and sustainable company.
  • Play a critical role in developing pricing, vertical, and expansion strategy
What You'll Need
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in growth/product/marketing, ideally in a startup/e-commerce setting
  • At least 3 years of proven success in a managerial role, including demonstrated ability to build and scale a team
  • Hands-on, bottom-up approach
  • A passion for CRM and B2B Marketing platforms
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution
  • Resilience in fast-paced, high profile and ever-changing situations
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus)
